Building Surveys & Measures
After I measure and draw out the existing space, you will receive a floor plan and photographs that document all existing conditions and prepare you to talk about specific changes, renovation strategies, and pain points with a designer of your choice.
Small Buildings and Tenant Improvements
After an initial discussion of your wishlist and space requirements, I will provide plans, renders, and design direction to help you create a thoughtfully put together space plan.
Development & Building Permits
I will take your approved design through the neccessary channels to obtain development permits and building permits to get you prepared for construction.

All good design starts with honest reflection. My dad and I finished our basement over the course of 2 hard years when I was 16. Watching his small mistakes take on a life of their own over the years inspired him to build his next project even better.
My work is fueled by the desire to do it right the first time around.

Pioneering a constraints-driven approach to design that warrants a comfortable patient experience, ergonomic workspaces for staff, and code/zoning compliancy in all provinces of Canada. Working primarily in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.

Adapting to structural complexities specific to brick houses of the 18th century, designed contemporary major renovations in the characteristic neighborhood of High Park, Toronto. Obtained several zoning & building permits for alterations greater and more ambitious than the by-law maximums, granting our clients new possibilities in their forever homes.
