I'm a building technologist with five-plus years of experience in architectural design, permit drawing, and construction coordination and administration. My strength is turning a vision into a clean, code-aware set — conveying risk, liability, legal requirements, and contingencies plainly so projects move smoothly from concept through permitting and into the field.
